Still Crisp

Early last week I bought some red peppers. I knew I wasn’t going to eat them both immediately, so the second one was going in the fridge.

Peppers can get expensive, so to make this one last (without washing) I wiped off all of the excess water and sealed it in a plastic bag.

Yep that’s it.

I chopped it up today, and it’s still really crisp.
